Why can't I see the part price?

As market prices fluctuate, so too do our more accurate quotes, so in order to ensure that we always provide you with the best and most accurate prices, our team will provide you with supply sources and prices on an adequate basis.

Do you provide warranty as standard?  

We offer a 12 month warranty and if you have any issues within 12 months of the date of shipment you can contact our customer support team who will be happy to assist you and explain what you should do next.

How long is my quote valid for?

The quotation period is 30 days, unless it is a scarce product or special circumstances, which will be explained to you separately at the time of quotation.

Do you offer global delivery?

We cooperate with several express companies: DHL TNT UPS EMS Fedex to ship goods to all over the world.

What payment options and currencies do you accept?

We can accept payments in most major world currencies; however, we do prefer payments to be made in US dollar (USD), pound sterling (GBP) or euro (EUR), where possible. Payments made in other currencies may be subject to additional charges.
